Does Intel Collaboration Suite Conference Server provide bitrate adapatation and congestion control possibilities?
Lets say we have case with one-to-many media streaming. We have 2 possible adaptations in this case:
1. From source to conference server. I believe that Intel's conference server implements WebRTC stack, and we have bitrate adaptation at this 'leg'.
2. From conference server to receiver/viewer. And this is the path that I am very interesting in. Does Intel's conference server provide bitrate adaptation for each receiver? If yes, please provide some details about it, and how we can control it.
