Changelog of v.4.2.1

Recently, we downloaded the new version of Intel CS for WebRTC i.e. v.4.2.1. But, we could not able to find any Release notes and Changelog files. Can anybody clarify whether is there any changes or not?

If I understand correctly, there is no different "ChangeLog" file. I see only "ReleaseNotes".
