How to achive one-to-many

Hello,

             I am working on one-to-many audio conference by using Intel CS. Only one user can send audio data to sever in a conference room at one moment, others mute/unmute the talker's voice. When the talker done speek, someone else is able to talk. I am using CS conference Server MCU v3.3 on Ubuntu, how could I change it's code to make one-to-many happen?  Do everyone have any recommendation?
