cant find the haxm install link

I am trying to install HAXM but I cant as the download link:
//  http s://software.intel.co m/en-us/android/articles/intel-hardware-accelerated-execution-manager

keeps forwarding me to GitHub (specifically : https://giIntel® Collaboration Suite for WebRTCthub.com/intel/HAXM) instead of the install page and I dont know how to use the GitHub files for installing HAXM as the names of those files are different than the ones ANDROID STUDIO is searching for.
(note : Used a random "topic" as I couldn't find HAXM there).
