Using Custom Linker Scripts

I want to use custom linker scripts while compiling my enclave application but the SGX Developer Reference lists '-T' ld option(used for custom linker scripts) under "Unsupported GCC* Compiler Options for Enclaves".
Is there any way I could use a custom linker script for compiling my application?

Second, I tried going through the SDK and PSW but couldn't find any linker scripts. Are any modified scripts used for linking enclave applications? or is the default script used?
