I used to be able to connect to IDC097:
When I use qsub to access it, it gave me this error message:
Can anyone help me to see why?

For your information, I was able to connect to idc097 from my end as shown here:
Could you please try again to see if you can connect to the system now? If you are still facing issues, please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies, log into Intel Developer Cloud for the Edge, and try to launch the server again.
