Jupyter Hub Connection Fail

I've been trying to connect to the tutorial jupyter notebooks for a couple of days now and I continue to get the following error after waiting for the server to launch for roughly 15 minutes.

Pending in queue...please wait

Intel fixed the problem. It was some issue with the server my team was working on.
