Hi,
I registered an account in May. but recently I found that I am not able to login to the devcloud server. It seems that my account has expired? How can I renew it?

Hi Shaojie,
You might have received an email from devcloud team to your registered email id letting you know the account would be getting expired. Unfortunately once the account is expired it is not possible to extend access. The extension of access could be only performed before expiry. Please go ahead and request a new devcloud account for further use.
