SSH: Connection closed by remote host

I tried to login to my instance in intel developer cloud Beta but failed.

OS: windows

Terminal: MobaXterm

Instance:  Tiny Virtual Machine - 4th Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors

Command:
 ssh -J guest@<ip> -L 10022:<ip_j>:22 ubuntu@<ip_j>

Output: 
stty: standard input: Inappropriate ioctl for device
Connection closed by remote hostnc: read failed (0/3): Broken pipe
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
stty: standard input: Inappropriate ioctl for device
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

Expected result:
SSH login successfully

Other:
#ping ssh.devcloud.intel.com
Pinging ssh.devcloud.intel.com [12.229.61.118] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
