Dear Intel® DevCloud support staff,
I have been using Intel DevCloud for oneAPI up until yesterday. Today, I could not connect to the DevCloud using the SSH client, and the connection hangs forever without any returned messages.
Furthermore, although I have already signed in with my Intel account, the Intel Devcloud homepage (https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/home/) always indicates that signing in is necessary.
My user ID is u91590, and the expiration date is May 10.
I have a lot of essential data on the DevCloud which I have yet to download.
Could you please help with the situation?
