Unable to enroll for Intel Developer Cloud for Edge

Hello! I'm trying to access Intel Developer Cloud for Edge.

But when trying to enroll (after clicking on the Get Started for Bare Metal development), I get the following message: "This enrollment form is only used by external users and not employees." .

When I tried clicking on the Create and Intel Developer Cloud Account Here link, it gave me a message saying: "There is already an Intel Developer Cloud account associated with this email".

How should I proceed to get access to the Intel Developer Cloud for Edge?
