devcloud requires enrollment, but I am already enrolled

When I go to http://devcloud.intel.com/edge and try to "launch bare metal" or "get started:" 

 

I get a "sign in" message, even though I'm already signed in;

If I click that, I get a message "Developer Cloud Enrollment is Required," even though I am already enrolled;

If I click "enroll now" I get a message that I am already enrolled;

If I click "click here to finish provisioning your account," I get a message "There is already an Intel Developer Cloud account associated with this email" and suggesting I read the forums for help.

 

Please help resolve this problem.
