Welcome to the forum!

Installation of Intel (R) Distribution for Python 3.5 on Windows requires the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015. If your system does not have the runtime libraries, they can be downloaded and installed from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Details can be found in our Release Notes ("Installing this Release," pg. 6) which are available for download from the same location as the installers under "Related Files". They are also provided for download in the "Release Notes" sticky.

Please let us know if installing the runtimes solves your installation problem.
