Hello, since Intel optimized scikit-learn produces better performance results ! However, scikit-learn==0.20.0 has bug in sklearn.preprocessing.OneHotEncoder.
More info can refer to:
- https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues/12680
But, https://anaconda.org/intel/scikit-learn/files doesn't find any more higher version scikit-learn. So, developers have any plan to build/release new version scikit-learn or IntelPython ? Looking forward to your reply, thanks !

At this moment 0.20.0 is the latest available. An update to 0.20.2 is imminent, so please check back in a couple of day. I will also post a message here once new packages become available on the Intel channel on Anaconda cloud.
Preprocessing subpackage of scikit-learn is not modified in the Intel (R) Distribution for Python*. Therefore if these issues are blocking you right now, a possibility is to apply these same fixing changes to Python source files in site-packages.
While not ideal, it is a workable solution.
