I am trying to install few packages using pip install but getting a lot errors and warnings. I have used Python for years but not sure how Intel system works or even who to contact. IT or ToolAn was not in charge. Is there any approval process or package installation is simply restricted?

Also, if someone uses Chromedriver and selenium, that will be helpful.

Hi,

Thanks for posting in Intel communities. In Intel distribution for python there is no approval process or restriction to install packages. Could you please share with us the following details which will help us to resolve your issue.

1) Environment details - OS and Hardware details

2) The packages you are trying to install

3) Are you using Devcloud?

Meanwhile you can follow the below link to Install Intel Distribution for Python and Intel Performance Libraries through Intel channel

You can also try installing AI Analytics toolkit from the below link to directly use the Intel optimized libraries like Tensorflow and Pytorch and other ML libraries

Thanks
