0xc000007b Error

My OpenVino Interactive Face Detection build from R3.1 does run perfectly on my desktop (Windows 10 1703) but it doesn't on our Robot OS (Windows 10 1607).

I always encounter the error 0xc000007b. I already tried building from different OpenVino version from R1 to R3. Please take note our old OpenVino 2018 build is running perfectly on both Windows 10 (1703 and 1607)

I recommend you to try the latest release of OpenVINO™ toolkit 2020.1 and see if there is any difference compared to the older versions.

You also mentioned "building" OpenVINO toolkit, could you please clarify if you are using the prebuilt package or are you using Intel DLDT.
