Hi Richard,

Could you share a link to the page you are trying to download the dataset? To my knowledge, I don't believe the dataset is part of the OpenVINO toolkit.

It is indeed an external dataset refered to by your webpage

The dataset link is http://iitlab.bit.edu.cn/mcislab/vehicledb/

In github, it was commented as "nothing can be done, it does not belong to intel" ( paraphrased).

So we can close this issue, thanks
