Can't Run openvino-workbench on ubuntu

Hello All,

While trying to run openvino-workbench command line on ubuntu VM, I got the following message;

mostafa@ubuntu:/opt/intel/openvino_2021/deployment_tools/tools/workbench$ openvino-workbench
Could not initialize the Docker client from environment.
Please check if the Docker daemon is running.

and when I checked the service, I found it up and running
