Cannot download OpenVINO due to issues on Registration Form

I am trying to download OpenVINO for windows, but it seems like the registration form is having some issues, and does not allow me to download. 

The link is here: https://software.intel.com/en-us/openvino-toolkit/choose-download/free-download-windows 

I have tried different browsers but the issue still cannot be resolved. 

Any help will be appreciated.

Never mind, solved it. I think my internet is blocking some tools used in that page.
