Graphics compute Runtime version for OpenVINO 2021.4

Hello,

I'd like to run OpenVINO on Elkhart Lake. Referring to OpenVINO install guide,  I need to install Graphics compute Runtime 19.41.1441. Although OpenVINO 2021.4 supports Elkhart Lake, the version of runtime doesn't support Elkhart Lake iGPU.

Is it acceptable to use OpenVINO 2021.4 with later runtime, such as 20.38.17961?

For your information, higher hardware versions require a higher driver version, namely 20.35 instead of 19.41.

Hence, it is acceptable to use OpenVINO 2021.4 with later runtime.
