I tried converting the model using the command below:-
>python mo_onnx.py --input_model C:\Users\tarunmis\Downloads\tampering\mxnet_exported.onnx --output_dir C:\Users\tarunmis\Downloads\tampering --input "data" --input_shape (1,3,112,112) --output "fc1"
I am getting the following error:-

Hi TarunM,
Can I know what is the type of your ONNX model and where is the source of your model? According to the error, it shows that Model Optimizer cannot infer shapes or values for the specified node. It can happen because of a bug in the custom shape infer function, because the node inputs have incorrect values/shapes, or because the input shapes are incorrect.
The MatMul operation might be incorrect. You can refer to Using Shape Inference article on how to set the input shape. Meanwhile, I tested your model using OpenVINO benchmark_app.py and encountered
"Argument element types are inconsistent" error message. This might relate to the incorrect input shape is your model.
