How to put Myriad chip into sleep when no inference is needed

Hello,

My company is trying to integrate the myriad chips into our batterie powered, smartphone-like device. This device will stay in standby for most of time and we want to keep the battery life as long as possible. For now we are prototyping with NCS V1's PCB wired to an internal USB2 port.

That said, I found out that, as long as the 5V is applied to the NCS, it consumes about 100mA, even no inference is made. I am wondering if it is possible to reduce the consumption in this case like go into sleep mode, while being able to resume the inference quickly (say, awake in < 100 ms).

Any suggestion is wellcomed.

Thanks a lot.

Louis
