IR representation to keras /tensorFlow/Pytorch

Hello 

For now I know how to take a neural network from another deepl learning platform, and transfer it to IR in openvino, I'm asking if it is possible to inverse that, I mean take intel pretrained models and convert it to another format (keras, tensorFlow, or else)

We do not provide such a way to convert IR back to other model format.

However, I would like to share this repository with you.

This repository might fulfil your needs, but you have to explore it on your own. Also, we do not officially support this reverse conversion.
