Incompatibility of OpenVino & OpenCV in same environment

Hi all, I had successfully installed the latest version of the OpenVino toolkit on my Ubuntu 18.04.03 system. After running the verification scripts when I tried to import the cv2 module I get an "module not found" error. On fresh installation of OpenCV the issue is sorted but I am not able to run OpenVino now. Kindly help, I have posted the error screen below.

Looks like your xml file is broken, try to re-download the model and check xml file size and contents.
