Is MA2085 Intel NCS with no in-package memory available for sale?

I would like to get access to Intel NCSv2 MA 2085 which does not have an in-package memory. Is it available for sale.

I am not able to see it online, could you please share how to order this ?

The only version of NCS2 available for sale are the ones you see online.
