Issue installing openVino 2021.4.1 on Linux

Hello,

I am trying to install OpenVino 2021.4.1 on Linux OS. When i run ./install_GUI.sh, proxy configuration window opens. Proxy setting is correctly configured. But I am unable to move forward from this step as the error says that I need to check proxy settings and correct it. I am installing it on the company server. Could someone guide me through this installation step.

The latest version of OpenVINO™ toolkit download configurator provides several download options that match your desired tools or runtime, operating system, version, and distribution options.

Could you please try to install OpenVINO™ Development Tools 2022.1 using PyPI?
