Opencv C wrapper

Hello,

I'm trying to run Openvino C samples but opencv_c_wraper library (added in the CMakeLists.txt and in main.c file) cannot be found in Openvino Toolkit. So, are C samples deprecated?

The opencv_c_wrapper files will be available under the following directory:

<path_to_openvino>/deployment_tools/inference_engine/samples/c/common
