I used Raspbian Buster OS, Raspberry 4B, and Neural Compute Stick 2

OpenVino Toolkit version 2019.3.334

Hi William,

It seems that you are using the pre-trained model from OpenVINO version 2019 R3.1 or 2020.1. Please download the model from the specific OpenVINO version and load the model.
