Is it possible to use it on 16bit or 32bit images?

Thanks for reaching out to us.
Based on the single-image-super-resolution-1032 documentation (An Attention-Based Approach for Single Image Super Resolution), the model is trained by using images from the DIV2K dataset. It consists of 1000 diverse 2K resolution RGB images.
Furthermore, this model can be executed with Image Processing C++ Demo with JPEG image format but JPEG only supports 8-bit images.
