Unable to Program the bitstream for Intel Arria 10 FPGA Development Kit

In 'Program a Bitstream' section, getting error "Reprogram of device failed" on executing command "$ aocl program acl0 /opt/intel/computer_vision_sdk/bitstreams/a10_devkit_bitstreams/4-0_A10DK_FP11_SqueezeNet.aocx"(PFAImage:reprogram_failed.png). After occurrence of this, "$ aocl diagnose" also not able to find an attached device. It requires a reboot.

This looks like an error that happens when the DDR4 memory on the FPGA isn't seated properly. 

Would you please:

1. remove the card
2. detach the heatsink
3. make sure the DDR4 memory is firmly seated
4. replace the heatsink
5. plug the board back into the motherboard

I've seen issues where the memory wasn't seated properly in it's slot.  If this doesn't resolve the issue, let us know.
