Thanks for reaching out.

 

For your information, CVAT now is not a part of OpenVINO toolkit. CVAT tool is now under the umbrella of OpenCV.

 

According to this OpenCV portal, OpenCV will provide a tool to migrate data from CVAT.org to CVAT.ai. I would suggest you post your question on the CVAT community for further support.
