how to retrain textile Defect Classifier Reference Implementation

The downloaded textile defect classifier reference implementation does not perform well (accuracy ~ 25%) on my data (i.e., fabric images). There are three questions/points:

• How to retrain the said classifier?
• What dataset has been used to train the said classifier? 
• Can the dataset be shared or made publicly available?
