openVINO + adding new program to it

For a project I need a pre-trained network trained on emotional images. For this I am using "emotions-recognition-retail-0003" network. But I need to add on one DeepDreamVideoOpticalFlow program and run on the OpenVINO platform.

This is not really an OpenVino question. It's more of a Python code integration question. Please start with an OpenVino Python sample and go from there.
