openvino tiny-yolo IR generation error

Trying to use tiny-yolo v2 with openvino and ROS. Successfully converted to get the meta and pb files but when I try to run

sudo python3 ./ --input_model /home/burro/yolo/darkflow/built_graph/tiny-yolo.pb --batch 1 --tensorflow_use_custom_operations_config /opt/intel/computer_vision_sdk_2018.5.445/deployment_tools/model_optimizer/extensions/front/tf/yolo_v1_v2.json

I get the following errors:

I do have tensorflow installed, I can import it with python3. I'm on Ubuntu 16.04 i7-8700T
