Please be informed that Movidius Development Kit (MDK) is beyond of our support scope, but Intel do have specific team that handles MDK enquiries via Intel Premier Support platform.
Please submit the ticket at http://premiersupport.intel.com for better supportability.
Same issue has been posted previously hence we are going to close this thread.
