I was unable to reach the Intel representative responsible for me, so I submitted a support request, number 06156789.
But never got a reply, is it possible to help me with this, thanks.

Same here. How to get access to Intel DAL SDK. It shows the SDK is public, but then also "To download the SDK, contact your Intel® representative."
