Run work-zone-analytics reference kit error in Ubuntu

1. Are you running Ubuntu* 20.04 LTS OS?
2. Does your hardware within the range of 6th to 10th Generation Intel® Core™ processors with Intel® Iris® Plus graphics or Intel® HD Graphics?
3. Are you using proxy?

Hardware: 8th CPU i5 8500 with Intel® UHD Graphics 630

Proxy：No

Others：I can download other packages successfully， but Docker_community_Edition_CE Failed as the picture in first question
