Full blown production based renderer?

 I want to create full blown production based renderer from scratch,can you recommend me which book or video or website tutorials should I read or watch that can help me in creating full blown production based renderer.

Writing a full blown production based renderer is a major undertaking. You might want to have a look at PBRT ( http://www.pbrt.org/ ) and some of the Siggraph/EGSR/Eurographics papers and courses about production rendering from the last couple of years.
