When using a Cyclone 10 LP device and a Blaster for configuration and testing do you connect the VCC supply of the download cable and TMS, TDI pull ups straight to VCCA or to the 2.5V supply the other side of the recommended filter?

Hi,

 

Target supply voltage (pin-4)of USB blaster, TMS & TDI Should be connected to VCCA through recommended components.
