issue for questa intel edition when using floating license

I had setup a lincese server for the quarus software，but when i tried to use the questa，it failed with the following errors：

** Fatal: Failed to initialize licensing environment. License environment not set correctly.
Unable to checkout a license. Vsim is closing.
** Error: Invalid license environment. Application closing.

It looks like the license server is not configured correctly，but when i tried the lmutil tool，it seems pretty well：

for now, i had no idea what caused this, the quartus worked fine, but the questa can't be lauch.

2) Machine OS information

I had reran the license server to capture the log file, i'll list it below.

1）log file is attached as lmgrd.log

2）the os is ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS，kernel is GNU/Linux 5.4.0-149-generic x86_64

3）license file is attached as zip file license.zip

According to my understanding, the Ubuntu 22.04.6 LTS version is not officially supported for the Questa edition, as stated in the documentation provided at the following link: Link to Intel's OS support page.

When an operating system is considered unsupported, it implies that certain functionalities may work, but others may not. It is important to note that no resources will be allocated for debugging or diagnosing issues specific to the unsupported platform.

We strongly recommend using the appropriate operating system that is officially supported for the Questa tool.
