I have a license for Fortran 9.1. I've installed 10.0, but when I run ifort I get 'error: a license for FCompL is not available. ifort appears to read the correct livense file.

Does 10.0 work with a 9.1 license?

Licenses are not version-specific - they have "support dates" instead. A license will enable any compiler built on or before the support date (end of support term) in the license, which in the license file is expressed in the form yyyy.mmdd.

If you need more help with this, please contact Intel Premier Support and attach the license file you are using. Do NOT post license file information in this public forum.
