Alternative to makefile?

Hello,

I have a mixed Fortran/C VS solution that I am trying to transfer to a colleague. I am using VS 2005 Professional. I just learned that "Export Makefile" feature is no longer available in VS 2005. Is there another alternative to makefile so that my colleague can quickly go through the compilation stage? I believe he is using an earlier version of VS.
