Auto save while compile

Hello,

with my old IVF environment (v11.1 + vs 2008) i had automatic saves of all changed f90-files for each build.

i can not remember which setting i have to change. what do i have to do?

You should not have to change anything. But the setting you are looking for is Tools > Options > Projects and Solutions > Build and Run > Before building > Save all changes.
