COM server Wizard

Dear Steve,

Sometime ago I read somewhere there is beta version available of the COM server wizard for IVF. I very much would like to use it. Could you send me the necessary files in order to make use of it?

I've attached the zip file to this post. Unzip to a temporary folder and read the install.txt instructions. This requires VS2005 and Intel Visual Fortran 9.1. In the next major release, COM Server Wizard will be supported on both VS2005 and VS.NET 2003.
