CVF - possible upgrade price from 6.6 to IVF 8 ?

1) Is the upgrade price available if upgrading from CVF 6.6 to IVF 8.1?
2) To use IVF I need only purchase Visual C++ and not Developer Studio NET? (The price difference is significant.)
3) Is CVF dead?

1) There was a discounted migration price about a year ago, but not now.

2) Visual C++.NET Standard Edition is all you need.

3) Yes.
