Can not start oneapi environment on linux

Hi, I am new to Linux and I am trying to use ifort/ifx on my research. I understand that 32bit lib is not supported, but I wonder if there is a way to fix it, or if I can get an earlier version of Intel OneAPI. My CPU is AMD 9800x3d. Thanks!
