Can't find VSPPE

I have just downloaded w_fc_c_10.0.026.exe (295MB), which I thought included VSPPE. However, on installing on my second machine, which does not have MSVS, I cannot find the IDE files, although there are some files in Microsoft Visual Studio 8, but no exe files. Why can't I access the IDE?

Yes, that file does include VSPPE. Please contact Intel Premier Support for assistance.
