Cannot get Visual Fortran Compiler for Windows to install

I have tried everything....about to pull my hair out...why can I not get version nine to install on a PC running XP. Everything seems to install except the compiler studio itself. If I run setup environment for IA32, it gives me a cannot find path" error. If I try to use the license, it says "invalid".

What do you do when you say "try to use the license"?

Please report the problem to Intel Premier Support and include as much information as you can, including screen captures of the errors if possible. I'm sure we can figure it out.
