Cannot open fortran solution

I use intel visual fortran compiler 2018 update 2 version and visual studio 2017 community version.

Whenever I open visual fortran projects or solutions, it just terminates with "no response" indicator. 

Fortunately, it is possible to open fortran projects through visual studio start page. (Run visual studio -> Open existing projects)

I have no idea about why this is happening. Has anyone ever experienced this?
