I want to use preprocessor (in project is /fpp:-m /keep) on following code
Code:
#define CreateCompatibleBitmap(hDC,Width,height) MyCreateCompatibleBitmap(hDC,Width,height,__FILE__,__LINE__)

iret=CreateCompatibleBitmap(hDC,&
   Width,&
   height)

but code generated contains continuation characters & and is only on one line
Code:
iret=MyCreateCompatibleBitmap(hDC,&   Width,&   height,"Filename",11)

which compiler complains to compile.
Does anybody know how to handle continuation lines with preprocessor?
Thanks for any advice

I believe you do it the way you do it in C - with a backslash at the end of the line to be continued. I don't think this is guaranteed to work, though. Give it a try.
